3. How can I book an appointment?

4. Do you take walk-ins?
We operate on an appointment-only basis to ensure each client receives dedicated time and attention. Occasionally, we may have last-minute slots available – follow us on social media for updates.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge or loss of deposit.
6. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a small non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
7. What should I do before my appointment?
Please arrive with a clean face (no makeup) for skin or lash treatments. For waxing, allow hair to grow to a suitable length (about a grain of rice). Aftercare advice will be provided for every treatment.
8. Are your treatments safe?
Yes – all of our treatments are performed by trained, qualified professionals using high-quality, reputable products. We follow strict hygiene standards and keep up to date with the latest beauty techniques.
9. Do you offer training or beauty courses?
Yes! Glamology Academy offers accredited beauty courses, perfect for beginners or professionals looking to upskill.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and most major debit/credit cards. Klarna/Buy Now Pay Later may also be available on certain courses or packages – please enquire for more info.
11. Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
We kindly ask clients to attend alone unless otherwise agreed in advance. This helps us keep a calm, professional environment for all clients.
